Quality Guarantee Returns

At Frama-Tech, we are passionate about delivering world-class service. If you experience a quality issue or receive a defective product, we will honor your return by providing a 100% refund for items returned within 30 calendar days of purchase.

  • Must be requested for return within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  • Proof of issue may be required (e.g., pictures of damage or quality problems).
  • Returned line items will be fully refunded.
  • Frama-Tech will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
  • Original freight costs will be credited proportionately to the returned item(s) relative to the total invoice.
  • 100% of applicable tax will be refunded for the returned line item(s).

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to quality issues—such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product—Frama-Tech accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • Must be requested for return within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  • Returned line items will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Frama-Tech can provide a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund, or you may arrange your own shipping.
  • Original freight costs are not refundable.
  • 100% of applicable tax will be refunded for the returned line item(s).

Final Sale: Please note all custom production items (embossed edgebanding, pvc pre-glued, and digitally printed PVC edgebanding, etc) are all final-sale and "Change of Mind" returns are not allowed. Quality Guarantee will still apply for these item types.
